Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with school districts in the Siloam Springs, AR area. We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting student success through effective communication and language development services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all state and local requirements for practicing as a school-based SLP in Arkansas:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution

Valid Arkansas License in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may also be considered
-
Must pass a criminal background check and child maltreatment registry check as required by Arkansas state law
-
Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students with speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in small group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school district and state guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
